The (VCB) is a critical protective device for medium- and high-voltage power systems, widely used in substations, industrial distribution, and renewable energy applications due to its efficient arc quenching, safety, reliability, and eco-friendly design. Its core arc-extinguishing medium is a vacuum environment (vacuum degree ≤10 Pa), with copper-chromium alloy contacts offering high resistance to welding and electrical wear. During interruption, metal vapor condenses rapidly, achieving zero flashover and pollution-free arc quenching.

Featuring a modular design, the VCB is 30% more compact and 40% lighter than traditional breakers, enabling easy installation and maintenance. It covers rated voltages from 3.6kV to 40.5kV, with rated currents up to 6,300A and capacities up to 100kA, meeting IEC 62271-100 and GB 1984 standards. With a mechanical endurance exceeding 30,000 cycles and electrical endurance of 10,000 cycles, it supports frequent operations and auto-reclosing.

Intelligent models integrate motor-driven spring mechanisms (response time ≤30ms) and microprocessor-based protection units for real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and temperature, enabling remote control and fault alerts. Typical models like ZN28-12 and VS1-12 fit indoor metal-enclosed switchgear (KYN28, XGN15), ideal for urban grid upgrades, data centers, and rail transit.

Advantages: Oil-free design eliminates fire risks, and SF6-free operation aligns with green grid requirements. With a 10-year maintenance-free interval, total lifecycle costs are reduced by over 50%, making it an ideal replacement for conventional circuit breakers.

Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?

Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A. Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. You can fly to Longwan airport directly. All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Q3. What's the payment term?
A. We accept TT, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q4. Tell me the standard of package? What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q5. Would you accept to use our logo ?
A. If you have good quantity,it absolute no problem to do OEM.

Q6. How about the transport?
A. If the number of goods is small we usually use TNT,DHL,FEDEX,EMS and some express you offered. If the number of the goods is big usually we use the FWD you offered or we provided. Either by sea or by air is OK.

Q7. What is your Production lead time / delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Silicone rubber's regular product is 1,000/ week , Porcelain's need 2-3 weeks about 1000 pcs.
