This series of products is mainly composed of linear polysiloxane mixed with gas-phase white carbon black, reinforced fillers and coupling agents added, and a special synthetic elastomer generated by vulcanization under heating and pressure conditions.

All silicone compounds are available in peroxide or addition-curing systems and are available in 25 standard colors. Special colours are also available on request.
We can supply the following forms of delivery: plastic film isolated, filled with glue blocks, carbon black as spacer continuous tape, rolled film or rolled film.
Usage and Precautions

Packaging and Storage
The product should be protected from moisture and heat. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. The net weight of each package is 25KG, and it is packaged in cardboard boxes to ensure safe transportation and storage.

Standard: No exposed silicone after vulcanization assembly, no significant difference
Testing Method: Under bright natural light or a 40W fluorescent lamp, place the standard sample or color card alongside the sample to be checked. Have a professional with vision 1.0 or higher, without color blindness, visually inspect for 5 seconds at a distance of 30cm from the sample.
Eccentricity:
Standard: When the elastic wall thickness H_thick - H_thin ≤ 0.1MM, the mold inspection X = 20%; when ≤ X elastic wall thickness ≤ 0.2MM, the mold inspection X = 15%; when H_thick + H_thin elastic wall thickness ≤ 0.3MM, the mold inspection X = 8%

Q 3. What's the payment term?
A. We accept TT, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q 4. Tell me the standard of package? What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q 5. Would you accept to use our logo ?
A. If you have good quantity,it absolute no problem to do OEM.
Q 6. How about the transport?
A. If the number of goods is small we usually use TNT,DHL,FEDEX,EMS and some express you offered. If the number of the goods is big usually we use the FWD you offered or we provided. Either by sea or by air is OK.

A: Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
