Application

 

11KV vacuum automatic recloser, H- pole mounted type, together with control box and auxiliary equipments for use on distribution lines to provide switching and protectiion of the overhead power distribution lines. It is complete with control unit and all components necessary to realize the intended application.

Construction

•  The auto recloser is outdoor type, designed by Boerstn Electric co.,ltd in China for 3-phase operation and suitable for H-pole mounting. It has oil or air/solid for electrical insulation and employ vacuum interrupters. 
• The auto recloser is complete with suitable and sufficiently sized brackets fitting on both sides of the auto recloser tank for fixing of surge diverters. Complete with mounting brackets, operation mechanism and control box
• the recloser tank has a mechanical status indicator  for both the " OPEN" and the " Close" position. The status indicator is visble from the ground
• The unit is equipped with inbuilt CT (current transformer) of appropriate ratio, which will be connected to the control so that faults on the load side can be detected and circuit opened . The current transformer is appropriately rated taking into consideration the max load current and short circuit current
• All current carrying parts is made of electrolytic high conductivity copper with the contacts silver-plated
• the control mechanism is suitable for mounting at the auto recloser supporting structure,and below the auto recloser in a waterproof ,dust-proof,vermin-proof housing.  The necessary brackets and fittings for this purpose is provided.
• The protection degree is IP54 as per IEC 60529
