This load break switch is designed for general-purpose switching on overhead main lines and branches in 11kV and 33kV systems. It is ideal for sectionalizing, ensuring reliable operation and maintenance of power distribution networks. Outdoor Pole-Mounted Three-Phase Three-Pole Load Break Switch with Ground-Level Operating Mechanism

operating system and installation
The installation heights of the switch will be about 9 meter & the operating handle about 1.8
meter above ground level. There has provision for locking the handle by padlock to be included
in the scope of supply in (on) & (off) positions. The operating mechanism is so constructed that
they cannot come of their open or closed positions by gravity ,wind pressure ,vibrations, reasonable
shocks or accidental touching of the connecting rods.
 
The bushings of the switch are made of porcelain & the base of each phase pole should be separate with
suitable insulated , inside and outside .
 
The enclosure of the switch provides the earthing terminals which is suitable for the copper wire
size(35-70mm2)
